Access lanes
Bring a workload. Get the right proof, security, and evaluation path.
Use this access path for proof-pack diligence, technical evaluation, private deployment scoping, or legal/security review. Access is qualified by workload, scale, evidence requirement, and deployment boundary.
What happens next
The form is a controlled diligence intake, not a generic lead form.
Reviewers should know what they receive before sharing workload context. Sensitive files, credentials, regulated data, and private corpora should not be submitted through the form.
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1. Triage | Access lane, company domain, requested artifact, and workload class are reviewed for fit. |
| 2. Response | Target response is one business day for complete business-domain submissions. Sensitive matters may route to legal/security first. |
| 3. Packet | Proof-pack preview, methodology summary, security overview, or evaluation prerequisites are sent as appropriate. |
| 4. Scope | NDA, technical call, pilot scope, or private deployment review is scheduled only after the path is clear. |
Proof-pack contents
The packet is designed for technical and security reviewers.
A full proof pack is scoped to the requested lane. Public preview materials are available on the Proof page before contact.
| Packet section | Contents |
|---|---|
| Receipt | Manifest, receipt schema, detached signature, verification output |
| Methodology | Hardware, precision, dataset class, query count, baseline, limitation notes |
| Security | Deployment boundary, shared responsibility, data-handling summary |
| Evaluation | Current stack map, scale target, recall tolerance, rebuild cadence, concurrency needs |
Choose a lane
Access is scoped, not automatic.
Select the closest lane and describe the workload, current stack, or proof requirement. Security/legal reviewers can choose the dedicated lane without disclosing detailed workload internals.
Proof-pack diligence
Review signed artifacts, methodology, and claim boundaries before any pilot discussion.
Technical evaluation
Bring embeddings, features, or a current data-plane stack and map it to HX-SDP precision and deployment tiers.
Private deployment
Scope self-hosted or VM-image deployment through hx-gate, hx-engine, Redis, and operational controls.
Security / legal review
Request trust-center materials, NDA path, DPA/BAA posture, or responsible security review without submitting workload internals.
