This is the primary data-infrastructure receipt preview. It states the measured claim, the artifact inventory, the cryptographic anchor, and the limits of what the receipt does not prove.

In scope
• 100M vector entries on the stated H100 exact-tier proof path.
• 100% Recall@10 measured against exact ground truth under the receipt configuration.
• Single-node, single-H100 80GB measurement. No multi-GPU sharding claim.
• Public receipt preview plus redacted proof preview bundle; full benchmark packet available through bounded diligence.
Out of scope
• Not a blanket claim for every real-embedding corpus or every precision tier.
• Not a high-concurrency production SLA. S-100M planning should account for roughly 10–20 error-free clients per GPU before sharding.
• Not a live single-insert throughput receipt; this benchmark is a batch-built index proof point.
• Not TQ4 compressed-path deployment certification for a customer corpus.
